How to Raise ticket on Immunity Support Portal

Step to raise a new ticket:- 

2> login in to your account using your registered email id. 
3> If a new user click on signup. 




4> click on Tickets to raise and view your tickets/click on submit ticket button. 


5> choose the service you would like to raise a ticket for and click on submit a ticket. 
6> Insert your query in the subject.
7> insert the description of your query in brief and attach your error logs for reference.
