How to check user sessions in PDO portal ?
User session is a key feature provided by Immunity Networks & Technologies Pvt Ltd to PDOs. In this feature, PDOs can easily fetch logs of the session done on their PM-WANI devices.
Note* Only PDOs can access the PDO portal using their registered email and password.
Steps to check session Logs:-
2> Login using your registered email id and password.
4> click on PM-WANI on the left panel of the portal. (if access it on the mobile click on the four lines besides the immunity logo)
5> choose the WIFI sessions option under PM-WANI.
As displayed in the above image. PDOs can view the names of users accessing their internet on PM-WANI devices, users registered mobile numbers, the MAC address of the user's devices on which users are accessing the internet, and the location of the PDO's PM-WANI devices. A unique session id will be generated whenever a user is accessing the internet on a PM-WANI device also the start time and end time of the session will be noted and displayed with the data consumption details of the users.
